On September 9, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "Guidance Catalogue for the Promotion and Application of the First (Set) of Major Technical Equipment (2024 Edition)", covering high-end industrial mother machines, large-scale petroleum and chemical equipment, advanced energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, ships and 15 categories including offshore engineering equipment, precision instruments and meters, key supporting parts for major technical equipment and basic parts, including many petroleum and petrochemical technical equipment.

    The large-scale petroleum and chemical equipment in the new edition of the catalog involves land oil and gas drilling and production equipment, oil and gas pipeline gathering and transportation equipment, million-ton refining units, million-ton ethylene units, million-ton refined terephthalic acid units, coal chemical complete equipment, gas separation and compression equipment, core systems and key components of large-scale petroleum and chemical equipment, 8 categories and 28 types of technical equipment.

    Land oil and gas drilling and production equipment includes intelligent drilling rigs, horizontal five-cylinder high-pressure drilling pumps, rotary geosteering drilling equipment, high-power electric drive fracturing equipment, high temperature and high pressure imaging logging equipment, electric drive coiled tubing operating machines, oil and gas extraction and stimulation gas lift compressors.

    Oil and gas pipeline gathering and transportation equipment includes propane refrigerant compressors for natural gas fields, liquefied natural gas high-pressure export pumps, liquefied natural gas loading pumps, horizontal flash vapor compressors for liquefied natural gas receiving stations, and natural gas reciprocating compressors.

    The complete set of coal chemical industry equipment includes a coal slurry gasification waste boiler-chilled process gasifier, and a large high-pressure coal slurry water-wall gasifier.

    Gas separation and compression equipment includes air compressors and hydrogen compressors for large air separation units.
