After the transaction is completed, the controlling shareholder of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd.(Salt Lake) will be changed from Qinghai State Investment Corporation to China Salt Lake Group, and the actual controller will be changed from Qinghai Province State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to China Minmetals.
