Recently, the construction of a 40,000-ton/year natural gas acetylene plant for the Xinjiang Shuguang Luhua annual output of 100,000 tons of BDO and 120,000 tons of PBAT project, which was jointly contracted by Chengda Company, was successfully completed and met the acceptance standards of CCCC.

Xinjiang Shuguang Luhua Natural Gas Acetylene Project adopts the technology of partial oxidation of natural gas to produce acetylene, and Chengda Company completes the preparation of the process package and the general contracting construction and delivery of the EPC project. For the first time, this project has applied a number of Chengda's process technologies. Among them, the new acetylene cracking furnace and natural gas and oxygen preheating furnace have been successfully installed and commissioned, marking the comprehensive improvement of Chengda's natural gas acetylene technology.

The project is located deep in the Gobi Desert in Xinjiang, with difficult natural conditions and short effective annual construction time.
