    Project investment: The total investment is 20,083.7 million yuan, and the environmental protection investment is 1,449.8 million yuan

    Planned construction period: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029

    Construction content: This project builds a coal gasification unit (effective gas CO+H2 80000 Nm3/h), a 500,000 t/a acetic acid unit, a 350,000 t/a vinyl acetate unit, a 3× 350,000 t/a EVA unit, a 400,000 t/a butyl octanol unit, and a 30/620,000 t/a acrylic acid and ester unit to produce high value-added products and new materials such as acetic acid, EVA, methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, and isobutanol. The total investment of this project is 3.140389 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 1.4498 million yuan, accounting for 4.62% of the total investment.
