In the more than a year of preparation, the project team experienced the challenges of the biggest rainy season in Tanzania since 2017, and also encountered numerous sudden internal and external difficulties, but the project team worked together to overcome them one by one, and finally ushered in an exciting ignition moment. In accordance with strict quality control standards and quality control procedures, Tanzania Glass Factory will persist in every step of inspection from raw materials to finished products, so as to provide high-quality float glass for markets such as the East African market and even wider other markets. Then, the lighting ceremony officially began. The fire used in the ignition of the glass factory was taken from the kiln of the Tanzanian ceramic factory and transported to the glass factory, and the torch was handed over by Tang Junting, general manager of the Tanzanian ceramic factory, and Fu Wei, director of the factory. The torch was passed by Guo Huaiming, general manager of the hardware business department of Sunda, and Tan Shengwei, the representative of Tan Sang Trade and Fast Consumer, and finally the torch was taken over by Yu Shankai, general manager of the glass factory, and Yan Junyang, director of the factory. This symbolizes the continuous development of Telford International's business in Africa, which brings together the efforts of countless Tefoe people to achieve a solid footprint all over Africa today.

After the lighting ceremony, the local media and leaders, led by Zhong Ping, Deputy General Manager of Tefoe Tanzania Glass Factory, visited the factory workshop to understand the production process and process of float glass.
