The National Development and Reform Commission's Measures for the Management of Post-Evaluation of Major Projects was issued

In order to improve the post-evaluation system for major projects, standardize the post-evaluation work of projects, improve the level of investment decision-making and investment efficiency, establish a long-term mechanism for government investment to support the construction of basic, public welfare, and long-term major projects, and strengthen the entire life cycle of government and enterprise investment projects. Management, the "Measures for the Management of Post-Evaluation of Major Projects of the National Development and Reform Commission"(hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") was recently issued.


According to the "Measures", the projects included in the post-evaluation annual plan are mainly selected from the following projects: they have significant support for high-quality development, the implementation of major national strategies and safety capacity building in key areas, the construction of a modern industrial system, and the development of new quality productivity. Projects of demonstration significance; projects that have a major impact on achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality, saving resources, protecting the ecological environment, and promoting social development; Projects that have important reference for optimizing resource allocation, adjusting investment directions, and optimizing major layouts; adopting new technologies, new processes, new equipment, new materials, new investment, financing and operation models, and other projects with special demonstration significance; Cross-regional, cross-basin, long construction period, large investment, complex construction conditions, and projects with major plan adjustments during the project construction process.
