The Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee took the lead in connecting with upstream and downstream enterprises, actively developed new markets for Lanzhou Carbon products, opened up new Lanzhou Carbon supply chain systems, explored new application markets for Lanzhou Carbon, and mobilized enterprises to jointly develop new application markets for Lanzhou Carbon products in steel smelting, chemical raw materials, power plant power coal blending, industrial gasification raw materials and other fields, leveraging demand-side traction with supply-side reform, building platforms, opening up markets, and cultivating the "ecological chain" of Lanzhou Carbon industry.

The second is to move green and implement political responsibilities for environmental protection rectification. Resolutely shoulder the political responsibility for ecological and environmental protection and the main responsibility for environmental protection rectification. Through means such as capacity replacement, integration and reorganization of Lantan enterprises, they have met the requirements of the new version of the national industrial access catalog. The four wastewater treatment projects of Shangyushumao, Caragana Tower, Chenjiawan and High-tech Zone will be put into operation before the end of August. Full coverage of particulate matter management and VOCs management have been achieved in the completed Lantan project, and real-time monitoring of smart network connection has been achieved. Carry out special actions to improve comprehensive environmental improvement, and all Lanzhou Tan enterprises have reached seven "must" standards for comprehensive environmental management, reshaping the industry as a whole and writing a "new chapter" in the Lanzhou Tan industry.

The third is to change towards the new and accelerate the formation of new productive forces. Actively establish the Lantan Innovation Research Institute, keep a close eye on key core technology research and transformation of achievements, continue to promote research and testing on energy-saving technologies for pulverized coal and small coal, and carry out complete technical research and development work. Sanjiang Coal Chemical has completed a single furnace of 300,000 tons of Lantan/Year (annual processing of 500,000 tons of raw coal) furnace type design, and at the same time major breakthroughs have been made in new pyrolysis technologies such as oxygen-rich retorting. Cooperate with Xi'an Jiaotong University to carry out technical research on the management of VOCs in the Lanzhou Carbon Greenhouse, that is, the automatic monitoring of the coke scraping bar of the Lanzhou Carbon. Through the in-depth integration of industry, academia and application, the "first mile" of innovation policy sources and the "last mile" of achievement transformation have been opened up, and efforts will be made to tackle key problems, innovate breakthroughs, and shape the "new momentum" of the Lanzhou Carbon Industry.
