Data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that in the first half of this year, the economic operation of my country's small and medium-sized enterprises remained stable, and the added value of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises above designated size increased by 7.4% year-on-year. Among them, the development vitality of specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises continued to increase, and the electricity consumption of "Little Giant" enterprises increased by 9.3% year-on-year, and enterprise production rebounded further.

    In the first half of the year, among the 31 major manufacturing industries, the total profits of small and medium-sized enterprises in 23 industries maintained growth, with the growth rate increasing by 6.5 percentage points compared with the first quarter. The equipment manufacturing industry and consumer goods manufacturing industry increased by 5.0% and 11.4% respectively year-on-year, and the growth rate further accelerated compared with the first quarter.

    Judging from the sales situation, domestic and foreign trade of small and medium-sized enterprises has maintained a recovery trend. Since the beginning of this year, the exports of small and medium-sized enterprises have generally remained prosperous. Among them, the export index in the second quarter was 52.8%, accelerating the expansion of overseas markets.
