    This project uses stripping process technology to heat the slurry in the form of steam, so that vinyl chloride can be continuously separated out of polyvinyl chloride resin. On the one hand, this transformation achieves the purification during the production of polyvinyl chloride, and on the other hand, achieves the purpose of removing vinyl chloride and preventing the spread of residual vinyl chloride in subsequent production processes. At present, after the implementation of the project, the quality of PVC products has been significantly improved, and the steam of the stripper has been saved, with an annual cost saving of about 10 million yuan.
