On July 19th, the radiation chamber of the first cracking furnace of the 1.2 million t / an ethylene plant in Tarim was successfully hoisted in place, successfully realizing the first-class node of the 7.30 milestone in the construction of the project, indicating that the ethylene plant in Tarim Phase II has entered the installation phase. it has made a good start and a good start for fully promoting the follow-up construction of the project.

     Dushanzi Petrochemical Tarim Phase II Ethylene Project is an "oil conversion" project actively planned and promoted by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company in response to the national call of "strengthening oil and gas exploration and development" and "southward development of Xinjiang", implementing the integrated high-quality development deployment of upstream and downstream of the group, and making full use of Tarim's rich, diversified, stable and reliable light oil and gas resources. There are 7 cracking furnaces in ethylene plant, including 2 gas furnaces and 5 liquid furnaces, each of which is composed of 2 radiation chambers.

During the      cracking furnace construction, the project department cooperated with the global Beijing team to give full play to the advantages of integration and consortium, anchor the three major construction goals of "demonstration project, high quality project and benchmarking project", comprehensively promote the "six modernizations", innovate the construction procedure, and complete the internal anchoring nail and brick plate welding in the prefabricated yard. Compared with the previous welding method, the period is shortened by 2 beat 3, which ensures the high standard of construction quality and effectively reduces the safety risk. At the same time, the precast depth of industrial column soleplate, reinforcement and connecting beam is realized, the error between foundation axis spacing and body column axis spacing is strictly controlled, and the precise location of cracking furnace radiation chamber is realized. The hoisting F1501B radiation chamber is 33.83 meters long and 4.06 meters wide, with a net weight of 193 tons and an actual hoisting weight of 219 tons. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the hoisting work, the project department organized a special meeting on the hoisting of the radiation room, and the professional technicians constantly optimized the hoisting scheme and refined the hoisting details. It was decided to adopt the "three-machine cooperative" hoisting mode of 800-ton crawler crane and 320-ton and 120-ton crawler crane.

After      completed the safety and technical disclosure, Li Ji, deputy general manager of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, executive director and party committee secretary of Tarim Petrochemical Branch, and executive deputy commander of Tarim Phase II Ethylene Project Management Department, made a mobilization speech. He said that the radiation chamber hoisting was an important milestone in the construction of Tower Phase II project and a key node of ethylene plant. All personnel participating in the war should carry out their posts well. Work together to successfully complete the first crane to set a good example and demonstration for the follow-up installation and construction.

At 10:57 in the morning, the lifting work of the radiation room officially began, and at 01:05 in the afternoon, under the guidance of the signal of the lifting command, the F1501B radiation room sat firmly on the foundation. The on-site organization is standardized, the professional convergence is orderly, and strive for excellence, reflecting the large-scale hoisting specialization and high-level management of Liujian Company.

In the process of      project construction, Global Beijing Company and Liujian Company formed a joint management team to give full play to the advantages of EPC integration, tap the potential of internal resources, enhance cooperative combat capability, achieve resource integration, and greatly improve management efficiency. Since the start of construction, the project department has overcome the difficulties of tight time, heavy tasks and poor relying conditions, and has been on duty day and night in the process of ground management and road construction, and managers are on duty in shifts to ensure progress, quality assurance, safety and supervision. Gan Shengjiang, deputy general manager and chief engineer of the company, instructed the project department to strengthen the full integration of the second phase ethylene project and green low-carbon demonstration project, and to organize and implement the project in strict accordance with the owner's on-site construction requirements, high standards and high quality. efforts will be made to build the project into a green and low-carbon demonstration project, and the "six modernizations" practice will lead the project and project management benchmarking project.
