Cangzhou Dahua said that as domestic economic growth continues to slow down, the chemical industry continues to be in a downward cycle, and product demand in downstream market segments has weakened sharply. During the reporting period, the market demand for the company's main products was sluggish, the contradiction between supply and demand was prominent, and the market price fell sharply year-on-year, resulting in a significant year-on-year decline in the gross profit per ton of most products, and the company's performance dropped significantly year-on-year. Faced with the severe and complex market situation, the company has taken various measures to pay close attention to excellent operational management, taking "preventing risks, reducing costs, and improving efficiency" as the starting point, implemented the idea of "living a tight life", deeply implemented quality and efficiency improvement projects, and strived to curb the decline in profits, and maintained a healthy financial situation and a stable capital structure despite the continued downward trend of sub-industries.
