India's final ruling on China-related CPVC anti-dumping review

The case involves products under Indian customs codes 39041010, 39041020, 39041090, 39042100, 39042200, 39043090, 39044000, 39045090, 39046990, 39049010 and 39049090.

     on March 28,2019, India launched an anti-dumping investigation on chlorinated polyvinyl chloride originating from or imported from China and South Korea. On August 26th, the Indian Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 33 / 2019-Customs (ADD), imposing provisional anti-dumping duties on Chinese and South Korean products involved. On February 19, 2020, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made a final decision on the case. On March 7, 2020, the Indian Ministry of Finance issued 05 / 2020-Customs. (ADD) notice that anti-dumping duties are levied on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries, the amount of which is the difference between the declared price of imported goods (landed value, provided that it is lower than the minimum price) and the minimum price of US $2024,2853 / ton. the measure is valid for five years and ends on August 25, 2024.      December 29, 2023, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice that the Indian and Chinese company DCW The application submitted by Limited initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on chlorinated polyvinyl chloride originating from or imported from China and South Korea. The Indian customs codes of the products involved are 39012110, 39042190, 39042210, 39012290, 39041090 and 39049000. The dumping investigation period of the case is from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 (12 months), and the injury investigation period is from 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, April 2021 to June 2022 and dumping investigation period.
