The basic engineering design review meeting of polyether polyol unit for hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide (HPPO) and polyether polyol integration project (hereinafter referred to as the project) was held in Shanghai on May 28. Gu Weizhong, vice president of Huayi Group, attended the review meeting and required that the polyether polyol device should advance the project construction in an orderly and high-quality manner in accordance with the overall progress of the project to ensure that the overall project was delivered simultaneously. The meeting was organized and hosted by the Group's Strategic Development Department. 18 experts from production and design units across the country approved the basic engineering design of the project through careful review of the design documents and group discussions.

    Vice President Gu Weizhong proposed that the polyether polyol device is a key device for the high-quality development of the third phase of the Qinzhou base and the expansion and extension of the industrial chain. He hoped that the construction unit would strengthen communication with patent vendors and design units, optimize the project plan, and that the actual benefits of putting into production would be better than expected. At the same time, four requirements are put forward. First, the construction unit and the design unit must coordinate well to ensure the orderly connection of the process package and basic design work, clarify the patent vendor, and deepen the process technology plan with the complete equipment supplier. Second, the construction unit must cooperate with the design unit to carefully study and demonstrate, and implement expert opinions in place. At the same time, we must also learn from the experience of advanced Chinese enterprises and installations in the implementation of opinions. The third is to do a good job in basic design optimization and detailed design in accordance with the overall requirements of advanced process technology, reliable equipment, safety and controllability, and strong production operability. Fourth, at all stages of project implementation, we hope to continue to receive the support of experts, and require all parties to the project to unite sincerely, strengthen communication, fulfill their responsibilities, and promote project construction with high quality.
