The equipment operation status will be disclosed every day before shift, and production operation data will be recorded and analyzed in a timely manner to ensure safe and stable operation of production, improve the start-up rate of the device, and reduce acetylene gas losses in the production system caused by start-up and shutdown. Keep a close eye on the operating conditions of the polymerization kettle during feeding, ensure that the valve is opened and closed during the feeding process, and the pump is started normally to ensure accurate feeding of the polymerization kettle. During the discharge process, strengthen the roving inspection of the monomer recovery system and timely adjust the liquefaction vent pressure setting value to reduce monomer loss caused by inert gas venting. After a series of measures such as optimizing production indicators, strengthening process management and control, strengthening equipment maintenance and management, and promoting technical improvement, the resin power consumption index has been reduced.
