First of all, strengthen scientific and technological innovation. Continuously improve the hydrogen energy technology innovation system. Relying on the national science and technology plan, we will vigorously support the tackling of key problems of basic materials, core components, key equipment and subversive technologies in the field of hydrogen energy, promote the implementation of projects such as hydrogen energy aircraft, liquid hydrogen carriers, and offshore wind power hydrogen production equipment in an orderly manner, and build a hydrogen energy equipment system for the whole industry chain of "production, storage, transportation and utilization".
Secondly, increase the iterative application. We will promote the green and low-carbon transformation of traditional industries. We will further promote the pilot project of "hydrogen into Wanjia", actively create application scenarios such as hydrogen energy parks and hydrogen energy communities, and explore the formation of an effective business model. We will actively promote the demonstration and application of hydrogen energy in Fengguang base and other fields, accelerate the alternative application in key industrial fields, promote the application verification of hydrogen energy in aviation, shipping, and marine engineering fields, and continue to carry out demonstration of fuel cell vehicles. We will encourage the development of long-distance, heavy-duty fuel cell vehicles.
Finally, strengthen policy support. To create a new ecology for the high-quality development of hydrogen energy. Optimize and improve the policy of insurance compensation for the first (set) major technical equipment, promote the promotion and application of hydrogen energy equipment, encourage government investment funds to cultivate and incubate new technologies, new business type, new products, and new models in the field of hydrogen energy in a market-oriented way; speed up the construction of a standard system related to hydrogen energy, and encourage enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes and countries around the world to carry out international cooperation related to hydrogen energy.

Replacement of hydrogen bottles instead of hydrogenation, that is, hydrogen bottle rental, should be misplaced with pure electric, at least 500km to 800km, short distances are meaningless and cannot compete with pure electric vehicles.
