On April 28th, 2024 Zhongguancun Forum "hydrogen Energy Industry Science and Technology Innovation Development Forum" was held in Zhongguancun International Innovation Center. The forum is sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and hosted by Zhongguancun hydrogen Energy and fuel Cell Technology Innovation Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance).
&emsp Shan Zhongde, member of the party group and vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stressed that at present, China's hydrogen energy industry has made considerable progress and has basically built a relatively perfect hydrogen energy "production-storage-transportation-use" industry chain, which is entering a new stage of quality improvement and efficiency development in an all-round way. a number of key materials such as industrial hydrogen storage materials, ion exchange membranes and electrocatalysts have been developed. A number of major equipment such as 49-ton fuel cell heavy trucks, hydrogen internal combustion engine aircraft, "three Gorges hydrogen Boat No. 1" hydrogen-powered ship, large electrolytic cell for hydrogen production from electrolytic water, cryogenic liquid hydrogen expander and storage tanks, and long-distance hydrogen transmission pipelines have been completed. a number of high-level innovative enterprises have been cultivated. However, as a typical future industry, hydrogen energy industry is still in the early stage of industrialization.
Xu Xinchao, Deputy Secretary General of Beijing Municipal Government, said that hydrogen energy, as an important carrier for achieving deep clean decarbonization in many fields, is an important support for achieving the goal of "double carbon". The development of hydrogen energy industry is an important strategic choice for Beijing to deal with climate change, cultivate new productivity and achieve green and sustainable development. In the next step, Beijing will comprehensively promote policy innovation, industrial cultivation, scene opening and facility construction in the field of hydrogen energy, and actively promote the coordinated development of hydrogen energy industry across regions and clusters, focus on promoting technological progress and large-scale and commercial development of the whole industry chain of hydrogen energy and fuel cells, continue to promote the demonstration and application of advanced technology and equipment, and promote international cooperation in China's hydrogen energy industry in a wide range of areas.
invited Ouyang Minggao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor of Tsinghua University, chairman of the Alliance expert Committee, Chen Xuedong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, member of the standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager and Chief engineer of China Machinery Industry Corporation, and Ming Pingwen, a specially appointed professor and doctoral supervisor of Tongji University, to give a keynote speech.
Academician Ouyang Minggao interprets the R & D and industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell system, innovation and industrialization of hydrogen production from water, key technologies of hydrogen energy system integration, and looks forward to the hydrogen energy technology chain, value chain and industry chain.
Academician Chen Xuedong stressed the importance of hydrogen energy as an important carrier of energy transformation and the importance of achieving the goal of carbon peak carbon neutralization in the report "Development opportunities of hydrogen Energy Industry and Technical Progress of Storage and Transportation equipment in China". He shared the progress and challenges China has made in the technology of hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment.
& Professor emsp;  Ming Pingwen, through the report "discussion on technological Innovation and Future trend of hydrogen Energy in China", analyzed in detail the current situation and problems of technological innovation in various links of hydrogen energy from the aspects of hydrogen energy "production-storage-transportation-use", which provided an important reference for how to better grasp the development opportunity of hydrogen energy industry, and pointed out the development direction and strategy of hydrogen energy industry for policy makers and market participants.
&emsp The forum also invited Liang Kailong, member and deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Zhong Weigong, member of the standing Committee of the Daxing District CPC Committee and director of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China, Wang Guozhong, secretary of the party group and director of the standing Committee of the people's Congress of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and Bai Jing, vice mayor of Zhangjiakou people's Government, to share their rich experiences and practical cases in exploring the innovation and development of hydrogen energy industry in various parts of China. It shows China's remarkable achievements in promoting the transformation of energy structure and promoting green and low-carbon development.
has reached a number of cooperation in this forum. Daxing District of Beijing signed a "strategic cooperation contract for hydrogen energy industry" with Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Tsinghua University signed cooperation agreements with Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd., State Power Investment Group Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. Zhongguancun hydrogen Energy and fuel Cell Technology Innovation Industry Alliance signed cooperation agreements with Dubai Chamber of Commerce China Innovation Center and Daxing International hydrogen Energy demonstration Zone; signed cooperation agreements with South Korea's National hydrogen Energy and fuel Cell Standardization Center and the National fuel Cell and liquid Cell Standardization Technical Committee on "International Strategic Cooperation for hydrogen Energy and fuel Cell Standardization".
