The proposed project uses calcium carbide as raw material, acetylene is produced by dry acetylene process, formaldehyde is produced by methanol-iron-molybdenum oxidation process, and BDO is produced by alkyne aldehyde process; polyadipic acid / butylene terephthalate (PBAT) is produced by one-step process using BDO, terephthalic acid (PTA) and adipic acid (AA) as raw materials Succinic anhydride (SAN) was produced by catalytic hydrogenation of maleic anhydride (MAH). Polybutylene succinate (PBS) was produced by one-step process using succinic anhydride and BDO as raw materials, with an annual output of 240000 tons of BDO (110600 tons for self-use and 129400 tons for export), 50, 000 tons of succinic anhydride (35500 tons for self-use and 14500 tons for export), 120000 tons of PBAT and 60, 000 tons of PBS per year.

It mainly includes six devices:

1. Acetylene generator: build 2 sets of 40,000 t / a, totaling 80,000 t / an acetylene generator, mainly including acetylene generation, acetylene gas tank, calcium carbide raw material warehouse, calcium carbide crushing and other processes, new crusher, drum screen, material transportation facilities, generator, cooling tower and other equipment.

2, formaldehyde plant: build 2 sets of 240000 tons / year, a total of 480000 tons / year formaldehyde plant, mainly including formaldehyde plant, formaldehyde plant wind room absorption section system, the main construction reactor, absorption tower, ECS catalytic incinerator and other equipment.

3. BDO plant: construction of two sets of 120000 t / a, totaling 240000 t / a BDO units, mainly including butynediol plant, butanediol plant, butanediol distillation unit, tundish area and other processes, mainly the construction of sulfuric acid tower, alkali tower, reactor, distillation tower, dehydration tower, etc.

4. Succinic anhydride plant: build a set of 50,000t / a succinic anhydride plant, which mainly includes raw material preparation unit, reaction unit, distillation unit slicing unit, MAH hydrogenation reactor, solvent removal tower, refining tower, solvent recovery tower, cooling crystallizer and other equipment.

5. PBAT plant: construction of 2 sets of 60, 000 t / a, a total of 120000 t / a PBAT plant It mainly includes slurry preparation system, esterification system, Polycondensation system, liquid phase viscosity increasing system, Polycondensation cycle BDO system, melt transportation, drying and granulation system, Polycondensation vacuum system, catalyst modulation and supply system, auxiliary modulation and supply system, heat medium system, tail gas collection and treatment system, tetrahydrofuran (THF) recovery system and so on.

PBS plant: build a set of 60,000t / a PBS plant, which mainly includes slurry preparation system, esterification system, Polycondensation system, liquid phase tackifying system, Polycondensation cycle BDO system, melt transportation, drying and granulation system, Polycondensation vacuum system, catalyst modulation and supply system, auxiliary modulation and supply system, heat medium system, tail gas collection and treatment system, tetrahydrofuran (THF) recovery system and so on.
