Every day, the progress bar of project construction is "refreshed". The BDO production equipment of Inner Mongolia 3D New Materials Co., Ltd. is stepping up debugging, and the construction of the living supporting service area of the low-carbon industrial park is busy and orderly... From the project construction site full of tower cranes to The workshop and factory buildings rising from the ground are full of vitality and vitality everywhere.

At the construction site of the BDO-PBAT integrated project of Wuhai City Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd., more than 2000 construction workers worked hard in their respective positions, steel structure welding, equipment hoisting, ground pipe installation... all aspects of the operation were closely coordinated and advanced in an orderly manner.

This project leverages the advantages of local resources in Wuhai City, focuses on developing new materials such as BDO and PBAT, and creates an integrated upstream and downstream industrial chain of new materials. The project has a total investment of 5.777 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 300,000 tons of BDO, with an estimated annual output value of 5.4 billion yuan; the second phase of the project plans to produce an annual output of 300,000 tons of PBAT degradable materials, and actively conducts research on downstream fields such as NMP and Spandex.

"At present, the project has completed 91% of the design progress, 83% of the procurement progress, 32% of the construction progress, and 56% of the overall completion." Wu Yueming, general manager of Wuhai City Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd., said that all project employees will anchor the goal, unite as one, build efficiently, quickly and with high quality, strive to complete mid-term delivery by the end of this year, and put the BDO device into operation in the first half of next year.

On the racing spring track, Inner Mongolia Smith Barney Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 30,000 tons of tetrahydrofuran and 1000 tons of ionic liquid catalyst is also moving forward. Since the project was fully resumed this year, it has been rushing for the construction period and progress, and has made every effort to accelerate the project construction.

"At present, more than 90% of the civil engineering works of the project have been completed, the main equipment is basically in place, and more than 80% of the equipment installation has been completed. We strive to carry out trial production before the end of June this year." said Zhao Feng, project manager of Inner Mongolia Meibang Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. Source: BDO Research Institute
