On April 8, Guangxi chlor-alkali successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, marking that the management level of Guangxi chlor-alkali company has reached a new level, and also laid a solid foundation for improving Guangxi chlor-alkali core competitiveness.
Since the launch of the system construction work in November 2023, Guangxi chlor-alkali has attached great importance to the introduction of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems, and has made every effort to promote the improvement of systematic, standardized and standardized management levels. By strengthening organizational leadership, preparing and improving management manuals, preparing system management documents, holding many coordination meetings, vigorously carrying out publicity, implementation and training on the content of the management system, strengthening the implementation of system documents, carrying out internal audits and problem rectification in strict accordance with standard requirements, and drawing inferences from one example, Continuously optimize the construction of the management system, achieving mutual penetration and integration of system construction and actual work, making the management system operate more fully and implement more effectively. In March, the expert group of the Shanghai Quality System Audit Center conducted a two-stage review of the system construction and operation of Guangxi chlor-alkali through on-site inspections, document review, and record spot checks. The expert group agreed that the construction of Guangxi chlor-alkali system complied with relevant national standards. Standards stipulated and successfully passed the certification.
This certification process retrieved the operation status of all aspects of Guangxi's chlor-alkali system construction and promoted the control of management processes and the improvement of standards. Next, Guangxi chlor-alkali will take obtaining the "Three Systems" certification as a new starting point, continue to improve system construction, continuously consolidate basic management, steadily improve the level of standardization and professional management, and provide soft power support for the company's high-quality development.
