Recently, Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-alkali Project held a progress planning meeting for the implementation of the on-site renovation project. Combined with the major maintenance plan of the production equipment, the progress of the implementation of the on-site renovation project was re-decomposed, re-planned, re-deployed, and re-implemented. At the meeting, the Technology Department and the Production Department respectively reported on the implementation content, engineering quantity, project progress, project completion time nodes, and whether to stop the operation, and all relevant personnel discussed, analyzed and sorted out. On the premise of completing in-situ renovation projects and major production equipment maintenance projects efficiently as scheduled, the project will be decomposed and implemented step by step through the principles of actively creating implementation conditions, adjusting loads, and intersecting operation and construction.
The meeting arrangements are as follows: First, the Production Department will complete the preparation of the overall plan for the company's equipment shutdown and maintenance in 2024 in accordance with the on-site renovation schedule and the overhaul and shutdown plan. Second, the Technology Department reasonably and scientifically prepares the overall schedule plan and sub-item schedule plan in accordance with the implementation principles of in-situ renovation projects, completes the approval and signing of the design contract as soon as possible, and promotes the project design in an orderly manner. The third is to sort out the work content of each local renovation project, professional leaders, and unit leaders according to the overall schedule plan and sub-item schedule of the project, reverse the construction period, carry out wall charts, grasp the project early, seize the project construction, and continuously improve the support capabilities of local renovation projects.
