It is reported that the first phase project of Henan Sanmu Surface Materials Industrial Park Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangsu Sanmu Group, has been completed with an annual output of 100,000 tons of epoxy resin products and an annual output of 60,000 tons of phthalic anhydride products. The epoxy resin plant has begun to feed raw materials and was officially put into trial production on March 18.

It is reported that Henan Sanmu Surface Materials Industrial Park Co., Ltd. is a Henan Industrial Park project of Jiangsu Sanmu Group. It is located in the western industrial cluster area of Zhongzhan District, Jiaozuo City. It is a key construction project in Henan Province and one of the top ten key construction projects in Jiaozuo City.

The project has a total investment of 1.78 billion yuan. The construction nature is expansion. It is constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 100,000 tons of epoxy resin products and an annual output of 60,000 tons of phthalic anhydride products; the second phase of the project has an annual output of 200,000 tons of synthetic resin products (60,000 tons of alkyd resin, 40,000 tons of acrylic resin, 20,000 tons of saturated polyester resin, and 60,000 tons of water-based acrylic emulsion). The first phase of the "Project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic resin series products and an annual output of 60,000 tons of phthalic anhydride products" will be approved for the construction environmental assessment in 2022. The project covers an area of 200 acres. The design and construction time of the first phase of the project is from November 2022 to October 2023, and the design and construction time of the second phase of the project is from April 2023 to May 2024.

The first phase of the project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covers an area of 300 acres. After the project is completed, it will achieve annual sales income of 2 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 200 million yuan, and more than 500 people will be resettled.

According to Sanmu Group, the Henan Sanmu Surface Materials Industrial Park project has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and covers an area of 1100 acres. The main products are an annual output of 280,000 tons of synthetic resin series products and 200,000 tons of coating series products. The construction period is 5 years. The entire park can attract more than 10-20 coating companies to settle in and cultivate 2-3 listed companies. After completion, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 5 billion yuan, tax revenue of 500 million yuan, and employment of 1500 people.
