According to the company's previous disclosure, the project originally planned to expand the annual production capacity of propylene oxide from 100,000 to 250,000 tons. However, during the application and filing process with the government, due to the impact of the local government's "dual control of energy consumption" policy, the project's energy indicators were insufficient. The company adjusted the project expansion plan and implemented the project expansion plan step by step. The first step was to transform the plant size to 160,000 tons, and adjusted the originally planned project construction content based on process optimization and other conditions.
