From January 27 to 28, a review meeting for the 100,000 tons/year propylene oxide process package of the 1 million tons/year high-end chemical new materials project of Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. was held in Tianjin.
Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd., Sandi Construction Engineering Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., and members of the specially invited expert group for process package review attended the meeting.
At the meeting, we listened to reports on China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd.'s propylene oxide process package design concept, document preparation content and depth, main process configuration, process technology plan, special process design and chain safety and reliability. Participants and experts conducted a strict and careful review and discussion on the process package, and agreed that the process package design documents complied with national and industry specifications and standards, and the design content and depth met the requirements of the "Contents of Petrochemical Plant Process Design Packages (Complete Set of Technical Process Packages)". The successful completion of the process package review laid the foundation for project implementation and also marked the transition from process package design to engineering design stage for the 100,000 tons/year propylene oxide plant.

Floor area: The total floor area of the project is 129.84hm2, and the land occupation nature is permanent; the land occupation types are other forest lands, other grasslands, industrial land, transportation land and other land.
Construction period: The project is scheduled to start in January 2024 and be completed by the end of December 2026, with a construction period of 36 months.
Project investment: The total investment in the project is 9.68 million yuan, of which civil engineering investment is 1.82319 million yuan.
Construction location: south of the southern area of Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone, Shaanxi Province, south of Qingshui 2nd Road, north of Qingshui 4th Road, east of Qingshui 1st Road and west of Jingyi Road.
