Recently, Xinjiang Zhongtai Xinxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. It is reported that the modified chlorinated polyvinyl chloride product uses the compatibility between components and the principle of reactive blending, and uses advanced technology to blend ordinary chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin with auxiliaries at a certain temperature. as a result, a new product with better fluidity, tensile strength and impact strength can be obtained. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride Taylor rosette products are based on Xinxin technology chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin powder, adding more than 10 kinds of additives, after mixing at different temperatures, after small-scale test in R & D laboratory, pilot-scale extrusion granulation in R & D factory and performance testing. A series of problems such as wreath demoulding and non-forming of product wreath were solved by widening injection gate, injection machine and injection mold upgrading, adjusting the control temperature, injection speed and pressure matched with the formulation. finally, the chlorinated PVC Taylor rosette with independent characteristics and high added value was successfully developed. It has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Compared with traditional fillers, it has the advantages of low pressure, large flux, large specific surface area and high mass transfer efficiency. Its unique garland structure design enables gas and liquid to fully contact and mix inside the packing, thus improving production efficiency and product quality. it can be widely used in chlor-alkali industry packing tower, chlorine washing and drying tower, tail gas absorption tower, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries.
For this filler production work, Xinxin Science and Technology attaches great importance, led by the main leaders, made a special trip to Jiangxi downstream customer filler industry base, on-site observation, to understand the production of CPVC Taylor wreath packing products.
