Shenmu Calcium Carbide closely focuses on the annual output task target, continuously strengthens the management and control of process operations, keeps a close eye on changes in raw material quality, pays close attention to changes in process indicators at any time, and makes effective adjustments to the calcium carbide furnace in a timely manner. Establish a comprehensive and systematic process indicator data comparison mechanism to benchmark the historical optimal indicators of four calcium carbide furnaces, continuously reduce process consumption, and effectively release the production capacity of on-site devices. In June this year, the first-phase calcium carbide furnace achieved excellent results of an average daily output of 1000 tons and a monthly output of 30000 tons. The average daily output from January to November reached more than 900 tons, and the unit production capacity reached the best level in history.

In order to continuously consolidate the foundation of safety management on the production site and continuously deepen the awareness of safety red lines, safety management personnel at all levels go deep into the site every day to focus on key points and investigate hidden dangers, and organize special inspections every week, especially for major hazard sources, special operations, fire-fighting equipment, etc. Conduct detailed inspections to ensure safe and stable production on the front line. Each branch factory actively organizes and carries out a series of activities such as "Emergency Rescue Skills Competition","Fire Control Knowledge Training", and "100-day Action for Safe Production" to continuously improve employees 'safety awareness and enhance employees' safety skills; carefully formulate finger oral announcements in each area. Sign, organize employees to watch safety stories and safety warning educational videos before and after shifts to continuously improve employees 'safety awareness.

In terms of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, the First Calcium Carbide Plant strictly controls the operation of key equipment to reduce the equipment failure rate from the root cause. Through training and examinations for professional and technical personnel such as robots and driving vehicles, and regular maintenance of key equipment, the driving rate of main equipment in the first calcium carbide branch factory has reached more than 98%. Continue to encourage employees to carry forward the spirit of "practicing strict economy and hard work", reduce secondary inventory backlogs, repair damaged equipment, do a good job in "repairing old and recycling" on site, predict spare parts replacement cycles for each type of equipment working conditions, and strictly implement consumption. Control and control of materials, reduce the amount of consumables, and save a cumulative purchase cost of approximately 2.1912 million yuan in 2023.
