Inner Mongolia issued additional subsidy funds for renewable energy electricity prices in 2024 in advance

On November 24, the Department of Finance of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the "Notice on Advance Issuing the 2024 Renewable Energy Electricity Price Additional Subsidy Fund Budget." According to the "Notice", in 2024, wind power generation subsidies will be 3.26773 billion yuan, solar power generation subsidies will be 1.18061 billion yuan, and biomass energy power generation subsidies have no subsidy budget. The total scenery subsidy funds will be 4.44834 billion yuan.
The "Notice" emphasizes that in strict accordance with the "Fund Management Measures", relevant funds will be allocated on a monthly basis to wind power, solar energy, biomass and other power generation projects that have been included in the renewable energy price additional subsidy list, and the fund allocation will be disclosed in a timely manner.
(1) Prioritize and fully allocate subsidies corresponding to the power generation capacity of the first to third batches of projects in the National Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Catalog (poverty alleviation capacity part) and natural person distributed projects with an installed capacity of 50KW and below as of the end of 2024;
(2) Give priority to the full allocation of subsidies corresponding to the power generation from 2022 to 2023 for photovoltaic projects determined through bidding in 2019 and projects that meet the allocation conditions determined through the principle of "revenue based on expenditure" starting from 2020.
