Recently, the 2023(8th) China Equipment Management Conference was held in Hefei, Anhui. Beiyuan Group was awarded the title of "2023 Equipment Safety Management Benchmark Unit" by the China Equipment Management Association. Five teams including the static equipment maintenance class of the Equipment Operation and Maintenance Center of the Chemical Branch, the Thermal Power Branch's steam turbine maintenance class, the motor maintenance class and public maintenance class of Cement Co., Ltd., and the electric instrument maintenance class of Jinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. were awarded the "2023 Inspection and Maintenance Innovation Team".
In recent years, the company has used national laws and regulations and industry standards, equipment factory instructions, enterprise system standards and inspection and maintenance procedures as scientific basis to pay close attention to long-term safe and stable operation management of equipment, and has implemented key tasks such as pre-stage management, point inspection management, and safety evaluation of equipment and old device management. Drawing on the FMEA analysis method and comparing the compliance standards of all elements, we deepen the equipment safety assessment, conduct verification and evaluation item by item through actual measurement diagnosis, test evaluation, etc., find out problems and loopholes in equipment operation, management, etc., and formulate different rectification plans to improve, achieving the "safe, stable, long-term, and excellent" operation of the production system.
