In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, Binzhou Shenger New Materials Co., Ltd. acquired and revitalized the assets of Wudi Runze New Materials Co., Ltd. in October 2021, renovated the original equipment, and produced maleic anhydride as the main raw material production projects to enhance the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise's industrial structure. It will be listed as a key project in March 2023.
It is understood that the project covers an area of 79.2 acres and has a total investment of 346.8 million yuan. It uses maleic anhydride and 1,4-butanediol as raw materials. The main products include an annual output of 20,000 tons of tetrahydrofuran; an annual output of 4300 tons of gamma-butyrolactone project; an annual output of 30,000 tons of N-methylpyrrolidone; and an annual output of 1619 tons of butanol. After completion and production capacity, it is estimated that the annual industrial output value will be 638 million yuan, and sales taxes and surcharges will be 43.342 million yuan. The project adopts a hydrogenation process route, which is green and environmentally friendly, and the unit produces less waste. This process route is currently the greenest among relevant process routes in the country. The environmentally friendly process route can achieve comprehensive utilization of resources and has obvious cost advantages and good technical economy.
