After nearly two years of hard work, Xinjiang Zhongtai Jinhui's BDO project with an annual output of 300,000 tons, the overall progress of the project has been completed 89.09%, of which 100% design has been completed, 90.53% procurement has been completed, and 83.69% construction progress has been completed. Due to the high latitude of the project location and low winter temperatures, the construction progress of the project has slowed down and the driving time has been delayed until next spring.
In order to ensure the early completion of the project, in line with the principle of "early planning, early preparation, and early arrangement", the project team of China Chemical Chengda Company, a state-owned enterprise in Sichuan, combined with previous years 'experience in cold and anti-freezing, starting from prevention, all members of the project team made every effort to ensure that the production equipment and facilities can survive through the winter safely and smoothly, and prepare for the final sprint of the project.
In order to effectively carry out the overwintering of equipment, members of the on-site project team did not wait and did their own things to wrap and bundle the equipment and materials stored in the open-air warehouse. After nearly a week of hard work, nearly 4000 square meters of equipment and materials in the warehouse have been protected.
The 36 rubber-lined filters already in place in the workshops of the desalted water station and reuse water station require higher environmental temperatures for equipment storage. As an important member of the project team, Yang Kuixing of the Public Works Office has been conducting design work at the headquarters since the beginning of the project in 2022. This year, the focus of his work has shifted to the site and served as the construction manager of the public works equipment. He is particularly concerned about the devices under his jurisdiction. He leads the closure and heating plan of the desalinated water plant, actively coordinates with the headquarters's HVAC and electrical departments to determine the heat and electricity loads, tracks equipment purchases and arrives at the site, and coordinates the closure and wiring of the construction unit. At present, the closure of nearly 4600 square meters of factory buildings is almost complete. "Wait quietly" for the wind and snow to come.
Although the "pause" button has been pressed in the current project construction, the members of the project team still retain their enthusiasm for work, actively do various tasks well, protect the hard-won labor results, and are ready to contribute to the "sprint" in the coming year.
