     3D announced on the evening of November 21 that the main project of the BDO integration project (Phase I) constructed by its holding subsidiary Inner Mongolia 3D New Materials Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into trial operation. All devices such as calcium carbide and BDO have been completed and the products have reached excellent product level.
     The project uses innovative processes and devices, has a high degree of automation and intelligence, and has significant improvements in unit consumption, production efficiency, product quality and clean production. At the same time, it relies on Wuhai's high-quality blue charcoal, limestone and other rich resources, combined with its own raw material calcium carbide production capacity, self-contained generating units and other cost-reduction and carbon-reduction projects have obvious market competitive advantages. The commissioning of this project marks the company's official entry into the new materials industry, which is conducive to broadening revenue growth channels, improving profitability, enhancing risk resistance, and promoting the company's development to a new level.
3D shares stated that it will take some time for the above projects to go from trial operation to full production capacity, and may also face the impact of uncertain factors such as changes in the market environment and competitive landscape. Investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks.
In addition, 3D Co., Ltd. has optimized and upgraded the BDO and degradable plastics integrated project (Phase II) built in Wuhai, and plans to invest in the construction of 700,000 tons/year BDO and 500,000 tons/year in Wuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. degradable plastic PBAT, 240,000 tons/year high-end polyether material PTMEG, 100,000 tons/year NMP and supporting green power projects. After all projects are completed, the total scale of the 3D BDO integrated project will reach 1 million tons/year of BDO, 600,000 tons/year of PBAT, 300,000 tons/year of PTMEG, 100,000 tons/year of GBL and 100,000 tons/year of NMP.
