On the afternoon of November 10, the signing ceremony for the cooperation between the Hebi City Government and Henan Energy Group to build a 400,000-ton 1,4-butanediol project with an annual output of 1,4-butanediol was held in Hebi Yingbin Garden. Ma Fuguo, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Yang Heng, General Manager of Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd., delivered speeches. Mayor Zhao Hongyu presided over the meeting.
