On October 29, the first batch of towers of the THF recovery unit device on the site of the product structure adjustment integration project of Anhui Huasu Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Donghua Technology, were hoisted, and the towers were successfully lit up.
This is the first time that tower equipment is hoisted for the project. The hoisting equipment is a THF primary distillation column, a THF rectification column and a THF purification column. Among them, the THF rectification tower is the tallest tower in this hoisting operation. The tower height is about 40 meters and the total hoisting weight is about 32 tons. The hoisting uses a 300-ton truck crane as the main crane and a 130-ton truck crane as the auxiliary tail slip. In order to achieve the modular construction goal of "dressing and capping, and lighting up towers" for large-scale equipment, after the three towers entered the site, the project department immediately organized manpower and rationally allocated resources to overcome the narrow site space and equipment exceeding limits. Many unfavorable factors, it took only 16 days to successfully complete the construction tasks of towers climbing pipelines, corrosion insulation, ladder platforms, and hoisting in place.
In the next step, the project department will continue to overcome difficulties with full enthusiasm and perseverance, effectively carry forward the fighting style of central enterprises that work hard and dare to take on responsibilities, and make every effort to install large-scale equipment throughout the factory to ensure high safety, high standards and high quality project construction.
