India launches anti-dumping investigation into China-related trichloroisocyanuric acid

On September 30, 2023, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by Bodal Chemicals Limited, a Chinese company in India, a test was carried out on trichloroisocyanuric acid (Trichloro Isocyanuric Acid, TCCA) initiated an anti-dumping investigation. The Indian customs codes of the products involved are 29336910 and 29336990. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021, 2021 to 2022 and the dumping investigation period.
Interested parties should submit relevant information to the investigation authority by email (sent to: adg16-dgtr@gov.in, adv13-dgtr@gov.in, jd16-dgtr@gov.in and dd15-dgtr@gov.in) within 30 days from the date of investigation of the case. Source: China Trade Relief Information Network
