Support the R & D and application of the next generation of high-performance new energy materials. We will focus on supporting the research, development and application of next-generation high-performance new energy materials, such as perovskite materials, solid electrolytes, lithium metal anode materials and sulphide cathode materials. The amount of funding for a single project is no more than 30 million yuan.
Support targeted tackling key problems around electronic information materials. We will optimize the mechanism for tackling key materials, and regularly solicit key core materials from leading enterprises in downstream application fields, such as semiconductors and integrated circuits, ultra-high definition video display, networks and communications, to form a list of key electronic information materials technology. support upstream material enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes to carry out targeted research around the key materials in the list, and the amount of funding for a single project does not exceed 30 million yuan.
Support the construction of testing and verification platforms for key materials in the fields of chip manufacturing and packaging, new displays, high-end communication devices, etc. The construction and operation of the test verification platform that provides relevant material research and development, verification and improvement services to new materials enterprises in Shenzhen will be subsidized up to 50 million yuan.
Support the upstream and downstream enterprises of biomedical materials to form innovative consortia. Focus on implantation of interventional therapy instruments and biomedical materials such as key raw materials, tissue engineering materials, tissue repair materials, etc., with a subsidy of no more than 30 million yuan.
Support molecular design and large-scale preparation of polymer materials. We will focus on breaking through a number of imported and high value-added upstream raw materials in the fields of electronic chemicals, high-performance membrane materials and polymer composite materials, with subsidies of no more than 30 million yuan, and give priority to site support in qualified professional parks.
Create a proof-of-concept ecosystem of cutting-edge new materials technology. Focus on supporting the establishment of proof-of-concept centers around two-dimensional materials, 3D printing materials, metamaterials, phase change materials and other cutting-edge new materials, to create a proof-of-concept ecosystem, and to speed up the excavation and release of new carriers of the value of basic research achievements. Upon confirmation, it will be subsidized up to 5 million yuan. For cutting-edge materials and technology with great influence, the Municipal Science and Technology Award can be nominated, and the winners shall be awarded a maximum of no more than 1 million yuan.

We will support key bottlenecks in the areas of key new materials, such as new energy, electronic information, biomedical, advanced metals, polymers, green building materials, and cutting-edge new materials, and organize and implement projects to improve key links of the new materials industry chain that break through the main performance indicators and play a supporting role in the development of the industry, with a subsidy of up to 5 million yuan according to a certain proportion.
Support the implementation of new material pilot and industrialization projects. Support new materials such as two-dimensional materials, fuel cell materials, 3D printing materials, micro-nano materials and devices to carry out secondary development of scientific research achievements and pilot-scale scale-up tests to speed up the efficient transformation of processes, technologies and products, it will be funded according to a certain proportion of the total investment of the project, with a maximum of no more than 10 million yuan.
