At 6:49 on September 1, 2023, the No. 1 calcium carbide furnace of Yinglit Chemical's 300,000-ton calcium carbide technical transformation project successfully produced the first ton of calcium carbide, marking that Yinglit Chemical has achieved phased results in promoting green transformation and achieved a new leap.
In the early stage of trial production of the project, Yinglit Chemical formulated a practical trial production target plan. Based on the daily plan, it conscientiously arranged, implemented and supervised the trial production commissioning plan and tasks, reported and cancelled daily to ensure that the tasks of the day were completed on the same day. Led by the Party Secretary, Chairman and General Manager, we organize and hold on-site coordination meetings every evening to listen to reports on the progress of the calcium carbide project by the project office, supervision unit and construction unit, carefully study and solve problems existing in the trial production and debugging process, formulate countermeasures and implement them within a time limit. Strengthen safety emergency supervision, strengthen on-site quality, safety and progress control by strengthening on-site inspections, and ensure the smooth realization of various node goals during the trial operation of the calcium carbide project. Through careful organization, comprehensive coordination, integration of resources, and implementation, the speed of trial production of calcium carbide projects has been effectively promoted. At present, the No. 1 calcium carbide furnace, blue carbon drying system, and power operation system have entered the trial production stage, and the linkage debugging of the lime kiln system is steadily proceeding.
