Since the beginning of this year, Hohhot Petrochemical has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the important speech of "promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional energy industry and making the country's important energy base bigger and stronger" emphasized by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Inner Mongolia. In accordance with the work requirements of "careful planning" proposed by the main leaders of the group company during a survey conducted by the company. The work requirements of high-quality enterprise development and rapid and steady advancement of key projects "closely focus on the goal of building an" integrated and integrated development base for refining and chemical industry ". Actively promote the pre-feasibility study of the 1.2 million tons/year ethane-to-ethylene project, implement the project's new energy indicators, pollutant emission indicators, and social support conditions in the park and surrounding areas, and make every effort to turn the "blueprint" for high-quality development of integrated refining and chemical into "Construction drawings" and "real-life drawings".
In order to steadily advance various preliminary work of the project, the company established a preliminary work organization for the construction of a 1.2 million tons/year ethane-to-ethylene project, and visited relevant functional departments in Ordos City and Wushen Banner many times to understand relevant policies. At present, more than 80 letters on development plans, environmental impact assessment plans, land delivery (relocation), new energy indicators, etc. have been provided by local governments, and new energy indicator commitments and Tuk Park conditions have been implemented.
In the next step, on the one hand, Hohhot Petrochemical will refine the goals, tasks and division of responsibilities, coordinate with local governments, keep a close eye on important time points of the project and focus on the quick implementation. The "design + construction" goal will be "6+24" months to ensure that 1.2 million tons/year ethane ethylene project and the Sulige Gas Field 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas advanced treatment project will be delivered simultaneously.
