The main dispersants used in Fukang Energy's suspension PVC production process have always relied on imports, but their prices and supply have long been limited by foreign markets, which not only increases the company's production costs and procurement risks, but also restricts the production and development of polyvinyl chloride products to a certain extent. nbsp;
In order to continuously expand the market share and localization of domestic dispersion systems in China, and actively promote the implementation of enterprise cost reduction and efficiency improvement work, Fukang Energy started to use the first phase of the polymerization plant in April this year based on the early realization of the localized application of auxiliary dispersants. The domestic main dispersant was tried on Line A. Based on the results of the previous trial, the reagent plan was prepared and refined, and various parameters were optimized one by one. After the plan was formed, detailed disclosure was made to the workshop operators. The early process was rapid and steady, making sufficient preparations for the "trial battle" of domestic dispersants.
This trial will gradually replace imported main dispersants at the proportions of 30%, 60%, and 100%. During the trial process, the operator strictly implemented the reagent plan and monitored the reaction temperature and other parameters throughout the process. The technicians tracked and analyzed the resin produced during the trial period in a timely manner to control the product quality in real time. During the entire trial period, the device production was stable and the process was organized Orderly, the polymerization production reaction was stable, and all indicators of product quality were within the range of superior products, indicating that the trial work was a complete success.
This trial work has achieved the industrial R & D and production of domestic main dispersants replacing imported main dispersants. Next, Fukang Energy will conduct all replacement trials of domestic main dispersants in the second phase of the plant as planned.
