On July 13, the archives of Lanzhou Petrochemical Changqing Ethane to Ethylene Project successfully passed the acceptance of China National Petroleum Corporation, creating good conditions for the project to achieve the completion acceptance target as soon as possible.
Lanzhou Petrochemical Changqing Ethane to Ethylene Project is a major strategic project for the company to achieve transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of refining and chemical industry. After more than three months of battle, each participating unit overcame the difficulties of the epidemic and insufficient personnel. The project has formed a total of 20001 volumes (pieces)/single sets of various carrier archives, with a total of 68153 electronic documents, achieving the simultaneous filing of paper versions and electronic documents.
Based on intelligent construction, the project took the lead in adopting the latest digital transfer concept to form a characteristic intelligent archives information management system. It received more than 2.6 million plant model components, more than 800 intelligent PID files, and more than 140,000 project files., a digital asset platform of data, models, documents and related relationships with factory objects as the core is built, realizing two-way integration with multiple systems, and providing integrated data query, maintenance and maintenance plan formulation, Material consumption budget, spatial positioning and process flow learning and training have brought great convenience.
Lanzhou Petrochemical Changqing Ethane to Ethylene Project is PetroChina's first plant-level digital delivery project. It is the first project to include the digital delivery documents of construction projects into the scope of filing and organize and file them in accordance with standard requirements.
