By optimizing and adjusting process operations, catalyst consumption is reduced while ensuring that product quality is not affected. From January to June 2023, the catalyst consumption per ton of methanol feedstock processed by the unit dropped from 0.24 kg/ton in the same period in the first half of last year to 0.223 kg/ton, which was lower than the budget of 0.242 kg/ton, saving about 1.9 million yuan in catalyst costs.

Reasonably arrange the maintenance and cleaning of the cold exchange equipment of the methanol-to-olefin unit, and promptly cut out and clean the heat exchangers with low heat exchange efficiency. On the premise of ensuring stable process operation, appropriately shorten the maintenance period of the sewage stripper feed heat exchangers E1206A-D, improve the heat exchange efficiency of the E1206A-D, increase the sewage stripper feed temperature, and reduce the purified water temperature., thereby effectively reduce the 1.0MPa steam consumption in the sewage stripper reboiler and reduce the cooling load of the purified water system. By regularly repairing and cleaning the heat exchangers E1206A-D, the device reduces the steam consumption of 1.0MPa by 1.5t/h, and saves about 200,000 yuan in steam costs per month.
