From July 6th to 7th, a review meeting on the unified requirements for the engineering design of China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project (referred to as: Phase II Project) was held at China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. The meeting heard reports on unified regulations on engineering design and unified regulations on digitalization. Experts participating in the meeting held detailed discussions with 29 professional groups and formed 159 review opinions. Zhang Yiting, general manager of the coal chemical business department of the group company, Yan Wen, project engineering manager, and company leaders Liang Yunfeng, Zhou Yongtao and Ma Junpeng attended the meeting.
Zhang Yiting emphasized the importance of the second phase of the coal chemical industry project and required participants to deeply integrate work experience and concepts, take a good pulse and formulate a good solution for the project construction, determine design principles, technical requirements and document content, and improve the overall design level of the project., lay the foundation for building high-quality projects.

China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. It was registered and established in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province in April 2010. It has an existing registered capital of 11.077 billion yuan and a total asset scale of 27.986 billion yuan. The Chemical Branch of China Coal Shaanxi Company is located in Yuheng Industrial Park, Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The first phase of the plant has an annual output of 2.05 million tons of methanol, 600,000 tons of polyolefin plants and supporting public works. It was completed and put into operation in July 2014.
The total investment of China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project is 20.612 billion yuan, with the main construction content of 2.2 million tons/year of methanol and 900,000 tons/year of polyolefins.
