Chemical parks refer to industrial areas established with the approval of the people's government, guided by the development of the chemical industry, with clear geographical boundaries and management entities, and complete infrastructure and management systems. A chemical park that has passed the certification (referred to as the certification chemical park) refers to a chemical park that has been approved and approved by the provincial government and meets the requirements of the "Construction Standards and Certification Management Measures for Henan Province Chemical Parks (Trial)."

According to the previously issued certification management measures, chemical parks that have not passed the certification are not allowed to build, expand and expand chemical projects (except safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent transformation projects).
