The second phase of the Xinye Energy Chemical BDO project is located in Wujiaqu City with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The project will build 140,000 tons of BDO, which will start in February and is expected to be completed and put into operation in August next year. The project includes the construction of BDO units, acetylene units, formaldehyde units, calcium carbide storage, transportation and crushing, and process outer pipes and pipe corridors, roads, connection with the original systems and the transformation required for connection.
BDO is a widely used chemical raw material and is widely used in textiles, plastics, medicine and other fields. Xinye Energy utilizes local superior lime, electricity, coal and other resources to produce BDO using acetylenic aldehyde process technology, which has the advantages of long continuous production cycle and good product quality. After all the second phase projects reach production capacity, they will achieve an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan and provide more than 100 jobs.
"It is expected that all underground projects will be completed by the end of the month, 90% of the overall design of the project has been completed, and 90% of the purchase volume of process equipment has reached."
