On the morning of June 28, the concentrated start-up activities for key projects in the second quarter of 2023 in Jieyang Danhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone were grandly held at the site of the high-end new materials project of C4-C5 in Isco, Guangdong. It is reported that the five started projects cover new materials in the middle and lower reaches of petrochemical industry, fine chemicals, and basic supporting projects in the park, which will further promote the development of industrial clusters and accelerate the creation of a world-class refining and chemical industry base.
It is reported that the five projects under construction in the Dananhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone in the second quarter of this year are planned to have a total investment of 13.432 billion yuan, an estimated annual output value of 18.51 billion yuan, an annual tax payment of 1.066 billion yuan, and a land area of 1321 acres. They are Guangdong Isco Carbon Four Carbon Five Systems High-end New Material Project, Juzhengyuan (Jieyang) New Material Base Project, Jieyang Pugong New Energy LPG Storage and Distribution Warehouse-Storage, Filling and Pipeline Transportation Project, Guangdong Yumei's 100,000-ton/year energy-saving and environmentally friendly powder coating special polyester resin project, Jieyang Dananhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone Industrial Supporting Base Project.
Among them, the Juzhengyuan (Jieyang) New Materials Base project will build a 600,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation unit and a 150,000-ton/year EVA unit.
