Xinjiang Huineng Coal Clean and Efficient Utilization Co., Ltd. plans to build a 15 million tons/year coal clean and efficient utilization project in Naomaohu Coal Mine Area, Hami, Xinjiang. The project adopts Longcheng low-temperature low-rank coal pyrolysis rotating bed (i.e., coal decomposition equipment) independently developed by Henan Longcheng Group, clean and efficient comprehensive utilization technology (hereinafter referred to as rotating bed technology). In addition to producing upgraded coal, it also processes the generated coal decomposition gas to obtain coal tar and hydrogen and simultaneously co-produce LNG, LPG, condensate and sulfur. Through hydrogenation of coal tar, naphtha, light coal tar 1 #, and hydrogenated tail oil are produced, and the naphtha is further processed through the coal-based distillate oil dehydrogenation unit to produce benzene and C7+ distillate oil.
