On June 5, the upgrading and transformation of acetylene gas tanks and vinyl chloride gas tanks in the polyvinyl chloride workshop was successfully completed. After airtightness test and lifting test, the transformation achieved the expected goals, met various requirements, and reached standby status.

The gas holder renovation work lasted more than 20 days, including rail maintenance, middle section replacement, automation upgrade and other projects. In accordance with the full-process management and control requirements of "formulating plans, strengthening management and control, and strict quality", the PVC workshop, with the support of the company's leaders and relevant departments, planned, arranged and implemented early, and actively responded to the test brought by operation types, operators and cross-operations. Detailed construction plans were formulated, education and training were carefully carried out for construction personnel, all-round management of the renovation site, and all efforts were made to organize maintenance and renovation to ensure the effective implementation of maintenance technical measures. The goal of "zero accidents" has been achieved.

In response to the high-risk operations and technical problems existing in this renovation, experienced party members were arranged to serve as the person in charge to provide good supervision, and party members with good business and strong sense of responsibility were enriched into the maintenance team to work together to tackle key problems, solve technical problems, and ensure safety. Management and control has full coverage and no dead corners.
