China's urea import and export data for September 2024

According to customs data,In September 2024, China's urea exports were 9,300 tons, a decrease of 1.62 from the previous month and a month-on-month decrease of 63.69%; a decrease of 117.77 from the same period last year, a year-on-year decrease of 99.22%; the average export price this month was US$291.28/ton. The cumulative total export volume from January to September 2024 was 253,900 tons, a decrease of 2.5801 million tons from the same period last year and a year-on-year decrease of 91.04%.

According to customs data,In September 2024, China's urea imports were 8.70 tons, a decrease of 28.39 from the previous month and a month-on-month decrease of 76.54%; a decrease of 29.09 from the same period last year and a year-on-year decrease of 76.97%; the average import price this month was US$2,998.85/ton. The cumulative total import volume from January to September 2024 was 3,881.18 tons, an increase of 1,700.04 tons from last year and a year-on-year increase of 77.94%.

In September 2024, China's urea exporting countries are: Brazil, China Hong Kong, Philippines, Madagascar, Malaysia, Peru, Japan, and Bulgaria, accounting for 43%, 27%, 11%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 1%, and 0% respectively.
