The cumulative total export volume from January to March 2024 was 25,700 tons, a decrease of 501,200 tons from the same period last year and a year-on-year decrease of 95.13%.
According to customs data, in March 2024, China's urea imports were 375.23 tons, an increase of 366.57 compared with the same period last year and a year-on-year increase of 4,232.96%; an increase of 354.07 compared with the previous month and a month-on-month increase of 1,672.65%; the average import price this month was US$1,096.07/ton. The cumulative total import volume from January to March 2024 was 3,676.52 tons, an increase of 1,640.63 tons from last year and a year-on-year increase of 80.59%.
In March 2024, China's urea exporting countries include: China Hong Kong, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates, accounting for 58%, 41%, and 1% of the total exports respectively.
