On September 8, the "High-Precision True Color 3D Point Cloud Digital Archive Dataset of Naozhou Lighthouse" submitted by the Zhanjiang Navigation Mark Office became the first to complete intellectual property registration for lighthouse data in the maritime system. This marks a key step forward for the Zhanjiang Navigation Mark Office in the compliance confirmation and value transformation of digital achievements in the field of navigation aids.

This dataset was created through 3D laser scanning and true color synchronous collection, forming over 7.2 million 3D point cloud data points covering the tower base, tower body, dome, and auxiliary buildings. After undergoing multiple professional processes such as outlier removal, multi-station registration, closed-loop adjustment, dual desensitization, and true color texture mapping, a standardized and structured dataset was ultimately formed. The data accuracy and compliance meet the requirements for public circulation and development utilization.

After the completion of this registration, the intellectual property of the dataset has been recognized by the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Center, establishing clear conditions for compliant circulation.
